Dua Sourcing helps businesses in the Balkans buy goods from China, through one WhatsApp chat. This page says what we keep about you, why, who else sees it, and how to have it erased.
Who we are
Dua Sourcing decides how your data is used. For any question about it, write to us on WhatsApp, in the same chat.
What we keep
Your name and phone number; your business’s name, city, country and tax number; the messages, photos, voice notes and files you send us, and our replies; your orders, offers and approvals.
Why
To answer you, prepare offers and handle the orders you ask for, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
AI in the chat
An AI assistant reads the chat to answer you and keep your orders up to date. Our team checks its work, and you can ask for a person at any time. The AI runs through OpenRouter, only with providers that neither keep your messages nor train on them.
Who else sees it
Meta carries the WhatsApp messages and keeps them for up to 30 days. Our server is rented from netcup, a German hosting company. Our partner in China sees only what to source: products, quantities and the photos we choose to share, never your name, number or business.
How long
We keep the chat and its files for 24 months after your last order, then erase them. Accounting records (order numbers, amounts, your business’s name and tax number) stay 5 years in Albania and 6 in Kosovo, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your data. Write DELETE in our chat and we erase it within 30 days, keeping only the accounting records above. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country: in Albania the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP), in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP).
